Fulfillment in Faith podcast was created by Shannan Mondor to teach others to have faith in themselves and from that, every area of their lives will have fulfillment. Shannan gained her knowledge through her own personal life experiences from her journey through alcohol addiction, sobriety, and the life lessons that she learned on her road to healing. With each episode Shannan will have you captivated while she helps you find your power within as she discusses self-image, goal setting, decision making, creating a new identity, and how you can have anything you desire when you follow the steps of manifestation. Kathryn is a Pharmacist and Business Leader who shares her own personal story of first finding stillness after experiencing burnout. What started as learning about mindfulness and meditation has evolved into a practice today which includes morning stillness through meditation and regular times of rest throughout the day to reduce anxiety and stay connected to her purpose. In this episode Shannan interviews someone who is very special to her, her niece, Pamela. This is a very touching episode as Pamela shares her journey of how she went through one of the toughest times of her life which is the death of her baby son Ryken. Ryken ascended to heaven just 6 days prior of being 2 months old and was diagnoses with Nonketotic Hyperglycaemia. NKH is a disorder characterized by abnormally high levels of a molecule called glycine in the body. May 2 is NKH Awareness Day around the world. This episode is to honour baby Ryken and all the babies that watch over us and guide us along side of our heavenly Father.

Patricia (Patty) Meier is an author, acrylic artist, speaker, and sole proprietor of Sparks of Healing where she assists clients and students as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, and personal coach. She is available for grief counselling and for speaking engagements.
Patricia’s journey with Reiki began in 1997 and she credits spirituality as the foundation which allowed her to meet this journey with grace, the journey losing her daughter, Alexandra, at age five to a brain tumour.

In this episode Shannan interviews Maureen Bandas and she talks about what had brought her to her stillness. It was during those times Maureen felt the power of her angels and spirit guides which lead her to discovered her special gifts.
Maureen Bandas lives near Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan, Canada with her husband and fur baby. It was a near death experience in March 2006 that brought Maureen to her stillness in life with a huge desire to teach others how to open up to their own innate healing abilities. She is a registered certified Hypnotherapist, certified Access Bars Facilitator, Access Facelift Facilitator and Access Body Process Facilitator. Maureen is also a Shiva Murti healer (Brand New Healing modality from Bali, Indonesia), Reiki Master, Advanced Thetahealer, Modern Energy Tapping practitioner, Angel card reader, Psychic and Holistic Wellness Coach. She has been offering in-person and online classes and private one-on-one sessions since 2006.
Maureen has written a children’s book, “Izabella’s Angel”.
