Episode #77 Jessica West "You Are Not The Only One"

In this episode Jessica shares her story about how she was in a life threatening car accident where she was in a comma and suffered a dramatic brain injury. She talks about the moment when her life as she new has now ended and she is faced with a very different future. Jessica talks about how she realized, at those times of darkness, how she discovered the thoughts and feels she had where not who she is. She had a pivotal moment of self discovery that she was the one in control and was no longer giving her power away. Jessica goes in depth of her journey of self discover and I know you will learn so much from her personal experience.

Jessica is a Self-Image + Mindset Coach and the Founder of Trésor House. She is no stranger to the paralyzing effects of self-doubt and low self-esteem. It wasn’t until after a near-death experience, as a result of a serious motor-vehicle accident, that she become very aware of the power her thoughts held in shaping her subjective reality. The experience launched her on a path of self-discovery and becoming a Certified Mindset Coach, Energy Healer, NLP Practitioner, in addition to an EFT and Hypnosis Practitioner. She is passionate about helping women regain their creative confidence so that they can do the things they’ve always wanted to do. 

Jessica hosts the weekly podcast Empower from Within, where she shares inspirational interviews and self-empowerment tips and strategies. She is also an Amazon Best Selling Author of the book Manifesting with Purpose.
